Dry and adiabatic cooling for industrial process loops.
Andely's Eco Cool series delivers reliable closed-loop cooling with EC fan control, BMS integration, and an adiabatic option that brings outlet temperatures near wet-bulb — without scale or contamination.
Standard Dry Cooling or Adiabatic — One Platform.
Both configurations share the same EC Control platform and BMS integration. Choose standard dry cooling or add adiabatic pre-cooling for near wet-bulb performance.
Standard Dry CoolerEco Cool
Flat & V-Shape configurations
The Eco Cool (Flat and V-Shape) is a standard dry cooler for process fluid loops. Corrosion-resistant coil construction, glycol compatibility, and intelligent EC Control with BMS integration make it a reliable fit for industrial, commercial, and data center applications. The flat (sandwich) configuration suits space-constrained rooftops; the V-shape handles larger cooling demands.
Key Features
Adiabatic Dry CoolerEco Cool Water
Near wet-bulb outlet temperatures
The Eco Cool Water adds vertical cellulose adiabatic pre-cooling panels to the standard dry cooler design. Incoming air passes through water-saturated panels before reaching the coil, dropping air temperature by up to 22°F. The result is stable outlet temperatures near wet-bulb — even in hot climates — while maintaining fully closed-loop, scale-free operation.
Key Features
The case against cooling towers.
Traditional cooling towers consume large amounts of water and require ongoing chemical treatment and blowdown management. Dry cooling eliminates water consumption for most of the year. Adiabatic dry cooling adds a small, controlled water use during peak conditions — with no open water contact, no scale, and no Legionella risk. The result is up to 90% reduction in water and energy versus legacy cooling towers.

Dry cooling eliminates water consumption for most of the year. Adiabatic adds a small, controlled water use only during peak conditions.
No Legionella Risk
Fully closed-loop adiabatic operation means no open water contact, no scale, and no Legionella risk — unlike traditional cooling towers.
Lower Energy Costs
EC variable-speed fan motors reduce energy consumption at part load. Adiabatic pre-cooling reduces compressor load during peak conditions.
Reduced Maintenance
No chemical treatment, no blowdown management, no scale buildup. Simpler systems mean fewer service calls and lower operational costs.
